Cathy Morris is president of Arrow ECS, with primary responsibility for internal aspects of the business, including finance, information technology, business development, human resources and operational activities, as well as merger and acquisition activities. She shares overall responsibility for the strategy, performance and people development for Arrow ECS with Kevin Gilroy, who also is president of the business. With more than 25 years of experience in computer products and electronic components distribution, Morris has held a number of senior leadership roles at Arrow. She came to Arrow in 1994 through its acquisition of Anthem Electronics, where she was vice president of finance and corporate controller. Prior to joining Arrow, Morris held various financial leadership roles in the banking and manufacturing industries. Morris is a member of YWCA's Society of Women Achievers and was recognized as one of the most powerful women in the technology industry in 2007 by VARBusiness magazine. Kevin Gilroy is president of Arrow ECS, with primary responsibility for external business activities, including all sales and marketing facets of the ECS business, as well as interfacing with customers, suppliers and resellers. He shares overall responsibility for the strategy, performance and people development for Arrow ECS with Cathy Morris, who also is president of the business. A seasoned channel executive who brings a wealth of experience in the enterprise computing industry, Gilroy most recently served as CEO of OnForce, Inc. Before joining OnForce, Gilroy spent 24 years at HP, finishing his career there as senior vice president and general manager of HP's worldwide SMB Operations segment. Gilroy was named one of the "2007 Top 25 Most Innovative Channel Executives" by CRN magazine. In 2003, he was recognized as the "Channel Executive of the Year" by VARBusiness magazine.

Mark Taylor serves as vice president of the Arrow ECS Midmarket Group and is responsible for establishing and building a portfolio of products, services and solutions to enable partners to serve medium-sized companies. Taylor joined Arrow ECS following its acquisition of the Agilysys KeyLink Systems Group (KSG) . He joined Agilysys in 1994 and held several positions during his tenure there, most recently serving as vice president and general manager for KSG's IBM business unit. Sean Kerins serves as vice president for Arrow ECS' North American Storage Group. He is responsible for managing supplier and partner relationships for Arrow ECS' storage platforms, including EMC, Hitachi Data Systems, Network Appliance and other existing and emerging platforms. Kerins recently completed 10 years at EMC, where he played key roles in sales operations, marketing, and professional services within EMC's North America operations, as well as in Europe and Asia. Prior to that, as a vice president in EMC Technology Solutions Divisions. Before joining EMC, Kerins held management positions with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and seved as an industrial engineer with General Motors.

As president and chief operating officer of Arrow subsidiary Alternative Technology, the leading specialty distributor of security and server-based computing solutions, Bill Botti brings a wealth of channel experience and knowledge that comes from a 20-year career working with vendors and reseller partners. Botti founded three technology companies that each enjoyed record profitability and became acquisition targets by national players. He has served as chairman of the Reseller's Advisory Council for Citrix, Novell, and Axcent. As vice president of Arrow ECS' MOCA Group, Richard Severa is responsible for driving the processes and direction for Arrow ECS' Sun Microsystems business in North American markets. He oversees all strategic partnerships, sales, marketing, finance and human resources functions for the MOCA Group. Severa joined Arrow ECS in 2000 through its acquisition of MOCA, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing. He brings more than two decades of industry experience in manufacturing and distribution.

As vice president of Arrow ECS' HP Group, Dave Pansen holds full general manager responsibilities for Arrow ECS' HP business in the United States and Canada. Pansen previously served as vice president of distribution sales for HP.. He held a number of other sales and sales management positions in direct and channel sales for enterprise systems at HP. As vice president of Arrow ECS' IBM Group, Eric Williams leads supplier, marketing and joint business strategies for Arrow ECS' North American IBM business. Earlier in his career, Williams served as vice president of sales and product for Arrow's former Gates/Arrow division and as vice president of sales for Arrow/Schweber. He also is the former vice president of sales for Bell Industries.

Andrew Bratton oversees Arrow ECS' Government Group, which assists Arrow ECS' value-added reseller partners with leveraging their diversity status, marketing to large government contractors, identifying procurement opportunities and building relationships with government agencies. Bratton previously served as vice president of sales for Arrow ECS' IBM Group. He joined Arrow in 1997 when Arrow ECS acquired Support Net, which is now known as the IBM Group. Prior, he spent 11 years in the commercial credit industry. As director of Arrow ECS' Retail Services Group, Lance Sedlak oversees business initiatives with Arrow ECS' point-of-sale and retail services business. Sedlak previously established Arrow ECS' Software Group and held full general manager responsibilities for Arrow ECS' software business. He joined Arrow ECS in 2001 after managing the SGI business group for GE Access. He previously held positions ranging from vice president of sales to product management roles for Integration Alliance Corporation.

As vice president, Canada, for Arrow ECS, Robert Boulet oversees all Canadian operations for Arrow ECS. Boulet came to Arrow ECS from GE Capital IT Solutions, where he held several positions with the company from 1983 to 2001, most recently as president and CEO.

Kurt Schöffer has contributed to Arrow's success since 1994. Currently serving as a member of the managing board for Arrow subsidiary DNSint.com AG, Schöffer co-manages Arrow ECS' European operations with his colleague, Manfred Moullion. His professional experience spans more than 20 years in numerous prominent international enterprises, including NEC and Dow Chemical. The co-founder of Arrow subsidiary DNSint.com AG, Manfred Moullion brings more than 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. He currently serves as a member of the managing board for DNS and oversees Arrow ECS' European operations with Kurt Schöffer. Among other positions, he has previously served as vice president of marketing and product at Merisel Europe and as managing director of DNS GmbH.
