| Cathy Morris is president of Arrow ECS, with primary responsibility for internal aspects of the business, including finance, information technology, business development, human resources and operational activities, as well as merger and acquisition activities. She shares overall responsibility for the strategy, performance and people development for Arrow ECS with Kevin Gilroy, who also is president of the business. With more than 25 years of experience in computer products and electronic components distribution, Morris has held a number of senior leadership roles at Arrow. She came to Arrow in 1994 through its acquisition of Anthem Electronics, where she was vice president of finance and corporate controller. Prior to joining Arrow, Morris held various financial leadership roles in the banking and manufacturing industries. Morris is a member of YWCA's Society of Women Achievers and was recognized as one of the most powerful women in the technology industry in 2007 by VARBusiness magazine. | Kevin Gilroy is president of Arrow ECS, with primary responsibility for external business activities, including all sales and marketing facets of the ECS business, as well as interfacing with customers, suppliers and resellers. | Mark Taylor serves as vice president of the Arrow ECS Midmarket Group and is responsible for establishing and building a portfolio of products, services and solutions to enable partners to serve medium-sized companies. Taylor joined Arrow ECS following its acquisition of the Agilysys KeyLink Systems Group (KSG) . He joined Agilysys in 1994 and held several positions during his tenure there, most recently serving as vice president and general manager for KSG's IBM business unit. | Sean Kerins serves as vice president for Arrow ECS' North American Storage Group. He is responsible for managing supplier and partner relationships for Arrow ECS' storage platforms, including EMC, Hitachi Data Systems, Network Appliance and other existing and emerging platforms. Kerins recently completed 10 years at EMC, where he played key roles in sales operations, marketing, and professional services within EMC's North America operations, as well as in Europe and Asia. Prior to that, as a vice president in EMC Technology Solutions Divisions. Before joining EMC, Kerins held management positions with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and seved as an industrial engineer with General Motors. | ||

He oversees all strategic partnerships, sales, marketing, finance and human resources functions for the MOCA Group. Severa joined Arrow ECS in 2000 through its acquisition of MOCA, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing. | Andrew Bratton oversees Arrow ECS' Government Group, which assists Arrow ECS' value-added reseller partners with leveraging their diversity status, marketing to large government contractors, identifying procurement opportunities and building relationships with government agencies. Bratton previously served as vice president of sales for Arrow ECS' IBM Group. He joined Arrow in 1997 when Arrow ECS acquired Support Net, which is now known as the IBM Group. Prior, he spent 11 years in the commercial credit industry. | As director of Arrow ECS' Retail Services Group, Lance Sedlak oversees business initiatives with Arrow ECS' point-of-sale and retail services business. Sedlak previously established Arrow ECS' Software Group and held full general manager responsibilities for Arrow ECS' software business.
