Technology Solutions Group

  • HP received 12 top honors for digital photography products at the Photo Marketing Association show.
  • PC World Magazine ranked the HP PhotoSmart 8450 No. 1 among photo printers.

Personal Systems Group

  • HP's Personal Systems Group posted record profits in the second quarter of fiscal year 2005 and contributed revenues of $6.4 billion.
  • HP launched the HPxw9300 Opteron-based workstation, which won the Best of FOSE award honoring innovative products in government IT.
  • In the Asia Pacific-Japan region, PSG logged unit growth at twice the market rate and achieved more than $1 billion in quarterly revenue.
  • In the Europe, Middle East, Africa region PSG retained No. 1 market share and improved operating profit as a percent of revenue by more than 5 times year-over-year.
