The Arrow technical staff works in your team to define, test and demonstrate solutions to enhance your status as a trusted advisor. Services performed at the Arrow labs include back-up and restore validation, data mirroring, fail-over validation, system interoperability and management validation.

Staff Augmentation
To support the design, testing and deployment of complex implementations, Arrow offers resellers the option of presenting the Arrow labs as a part of your own businesses. Resellers can augment staff resources with the labs' pool of technical resources, bringing added knowledge, processes and capabilities to all phases of storage solutions development.
