Integration Services
Arrow HP Group offers many levels of integration services, from a primary setup to a MC/ServiceGuard setup and implementation. For pre- and post- sales support, our experienced HP-certified engineers help with complex projects and interoperability issues for system configuration.

System Design and Configuration
Arrow HP Group technical staff is involved in each step of system design and configuration, from low to high end UNIX, PA-RISC and Itanium based systems, including parts itemization with quick turnarounds.

Third Party Hardware and Software
We go the extra mile to integrate HP systems with third party hardware and software. Each system is tested and burned-in at our integration centers to ensure configurations perform to specifications.

Configuration Database
Arrow HP Group maintains a database for tracking its resellers’ system configurations to assists our engineers in providing accurate support to our resellers. In addition, this data serves as a reference when upgrades or add-ons are needed.

On-line Assistance
Since technology changes almost daily, Arrow HP Group publishes the latest technical tips, FAQs, and documentation online.
