Educate
Arrow has developed a Web portal (http://mpowerportal.arrowecs.com/) exclusively for the use of Arrow partners. This portal is designed to enable partners to sell IBM products and solutions. A small sample of what’s available on the portal is:
- Product information
- Training guides. Both presentations and video training are available to partners on a wide variety of topics
- Solution briefs explaining how specific solutions (e.g., virtualization) can be implemented by partners. These solutions include the marketing activities, educational information, and meeting deliverables that partners need in order to be able to successfully sell
In addition, IBM also provides some resources for you, and both Arrow and IBM resources are listed below.
- Aware – Basic knowledge and overview of specific solution
- Present and Position – Detailed solution content
