Through this program, we have developed a variety of tools to assist you in growing your business. The Government Growth Initiative has four primary areas of assistance: communications, demand generation, market analysis, and operations. Communications Arrow ECS has a variety of ways to ensure you are kept aware of the latest developments in the government space. The communications segment of the Government Growth Initiative includes special government content-driven electronic newsletters and alerts, as well as special events. Government Demand Generation Arrow ECS offers a wide variety of government-focused demand generation programs, leveraging our relationship and data from INPUT. Busy Season Support – Arrow ECS provides extended hours during the busy season for both inside sales and technical support. Secured Professional Services – The Arrow ECS Tango and Engineer Exchange programs provide a third-party company to perform professional service engagements or exchange engineers in a confidential arrangement. GSA/Contract Support - This service provides assistance in business and contract development for new or continuing federal contracts. This service eliminates the need for resellers to have a contract manager on staff. Trusted Broker Program - This program enables non-GSA resellers to contract GSA business with the federal government. The reseller receives all the revenue credit for the business sales.
