The Remarkable Leadership Learning System The Remarkable Leadership Learning System is offered by The Kevin Eikenberry Group as an ongoing process to help people at all levels become more proficient in their role as a leader. It is designed around the realities of work and learning, including:

  • Focus - when we can focus on one thing at a time we will be more successful. A traditional multi-day leadership-training program provides too many new things to work on at once, leaving people too often working on none of them.
  • Limited time - leaders are busy people with an overflowing plate of work. They don't have the time to go to a three-day workshop on leadership skills, and if they do manage to carve out the time for the class - they can barely find time to respond to all the emails they have received since leaving the office, and so they quickly forget about being able to apply what they've learned.
  • Incremental improvement - leaders don't become remarkable over night. They work everyday to get a little bit better. By giving them a limited number of things to work on at a given time, and helping them integrate those new ideas and techniques into their ongoing work, they will be more successful in making improvements.
  • How we learn - we learn by taking new ideas, trying them, repeating what worked and changing what didn't. This Learning System provides new ideas, avenues to try them and a process for reflecting on their effectiveness.

Each month the Remarkable Leadership Learning System will focus on a different leadership competency or skill. Along with this monthly focus, participants will continue to build a thirteenth competency - Learns continuously - important for anyone who aspires to be a remarkable leader. Arrow Electronics has partnered with Remarkable Leadership to sponsor this learning system guaranteed to help you implement ideas and keep your inbox in order while you are learning.

Leaders can join the program at any time. They will receive an initial learning portfolio that will acclimate them and help them get the most out of the Remarkable Leadership Learning System and they will begin participating in the live program from the month they register.

Below are the listings of services provided at each level of participation in the Remarkable Leadership Learning System.

Note: While many of the items listed below aren't available at any price except as a part of this Learning System, values are listed for each item to help you see the tremendous value aggregated in this program.

All new participants begin their membership by receiving the Introductory Learning Portfolio. Participants will receive handouts, recordings and transcripts of two sessions - one on Becoming a More Effective Learner and one on How to Get the Most out of the Remarkable Leadership Learning System. (a $98 value).


Leaders enrolled at this level receive the following tools each month to help them build their skills in that month's focus competency.

  • Learning MAP (Monthly Action Planner). A planner delivered at the start of the month to set the context of the skills to be learned and practiced that month and a weekly set of objectives to help the participant integrate these tasks into their already busy calendar. ($30 value).
  • Handout for Monthly Tele-seminar. These will arrive before the tele-seminar to help participants prepare to gain the maximum value from the monthly call. ($15 value).
  • Access to the Monthly Question Hotline. Participants are able to submit specific questions relating to the focus competency that may be answered during the monthly tele-seminar (or will be answered in the members-only website). ($10 value).
  • Monthly tele-seminar. Early in each month, Kevin Eikenberry will facilitate an interactive tele-seminar helping participants learn new techniques, ideas and approaches to improve their skills on that month's focus competency. Participants can listen, participate and ask questions during this call. ($49 value).
  • Recording of the Monthly Tele-seminar. Each Monthly Tele-seminar is recorded and the edited recording is made available for listening or downloading. This allows participants to learn (or review) the content any time they'd like! ($20 value).
  • Transcript of the Monthly Tele-seminar. Each Monthly Tele-seminar is also transcribed so that participants can read the content whenever they prefer. ($10 value).
  • Monthly Guest Tele-seminar. Each month, Kevin will interview an author, speaker or other expert in the focus competency of the month. Participants will be able to interact with and ask questions of these experts. ($49 value).
  • Recording of the Monthly Guest Tele-seminar. Each Monthly Guest Tele-seminar is recorded and the edited recording is made available for listening or downloading. This allows participants to learn (or review) the content any time they'd like! ($20 value).
  • Transcript of the Monthly Guest Tele-seminar. Each Monthly Guest Tele-seminar is also transcribed so that participants can read the content whenever they prefer. ($10 value).
  • Group Coaching Calls. Each month one or more group coaching calls will be scheduled. During these calls, participants can ask questions of Kevin (or another coach certified by him), listen to the challenges and successes of others and become of part of a community of learning leaders. ($49 value)
  • Monthly Competency Review. Each month participants will receive a summary reflection tool to help them review and "lock in" their learning from the month. ($25 value).
  • Access to the Remarkable Leadership Members-only website. Each participant will have members-only access to the website where they will be able to retrieve and download materials, participate in additional discussions and have access to additional resources. ($25 value).

Leaders enrolled at this level receive everything available in the Silver Level Membership, plus:

  • Participation in a 360 Leadership Assessment. Participants will receive access to a customized 360-feedback assessment and will receive a one-on-one coaching session with a coach certified to help them evaluate the results and set action steps. ($750 value).
  • Access to Special Event Tele-seminars. Participants will receive access to at least 2 special event tele-seminars each year. Kevin will host these with well-known experts talking with him about principles for even greater success. ($150 minimum value).
  • Access to the recordings and transcripts of the Special Event Tele-seminars. Each Special Event Tele-seminar recording and transcript is made available to members at the Gold Level and above. ($60 minimum value).
  • Personal Questions Answered. Participants receive coupons for asking two questions each month that will receive responses from Kevin or another certified coach within 24 hours. ($250 value).

Leaders enrolled at this level receive everything available in the Gold Level Membership, plus:

  • Access to Four Additional Million Dollar Skills Learning Systems. Participants will receive four Learning Systems designed by Kevin and colleagues, covering topics of Being a More Effective Team Member, Being More Creative, Managing Projects Effectively, and Managing Change Successfully.   • Personal phone coaching. Two half hour coaching calls with a professionally selected certified coach to assist participants with their specific development needs each month. ($2400 value).
