Calendar 2008
For a complete yearly Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions IBM Group Calendar, click here. All classes are open to Business Partners and their End Users. Some prices are IBM retail and some are already Arrow ECS discounted. Business Partners must enter their Arrow ECS discount codes for appropriate pricing where necessary. All classes under $500 have been discounted at least 80%. Email or call Michelle Zant, 800-255-3390 ext 447, for additional questions or concerns.

Class Logistics 2008
Most classes are held at our Arrow Electronics facilities and start at 8:30 am unless otherwise noted

Dress Code:
Business casual and casual Fridays. (Jeans and tennis shoes on Friday)
Access to the Building:
Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start to receive name badge and to sign in at the front desk. Name badges are to be worn throughout class attendance.
Internet & Phone Access in the Building:
There is a phone bank in the building with analog line access only. Some classes provide Internet capability on a case-by-case basis. For emergencies, please call the front desk at 800-255-3390 and we will be able to track down attendees.
Food in the Building:
Food is allowed in all the classrooms. We do have SUBWAY onsite serving breakfast and lunch. They are open from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm daily.
Course Cancellation Policy 2008
All classes are subject to change or cancellation. Call to confirm all classes.Minimum for each class is 7-10 students. All $10.00 classes are nonrefundable. ALL other classes, if you do not cancel ONE day before the class or do not show for the class without a day notice, you will be billed $500.00 per class. For conference calls, please email mzant@arrow.com 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend the call.
