As a result, in order to assist you to become an active reseller in this program we request you complete the following 4 steps.

If you are not a current member for Partnerworld for Software please enroll. If you are a solution provider, integrator, consultant, service provider, or education provider, PartnerWorld for Software is a PartnerWorld track focused on supporting your efforts to create new revenue and market opportunities by leveraging your unique relationship with IBM as a Business Partner. If you are not a current member of PartnerWorld for Software but are a member of another PartnerWorld community (PartnerWorld for: Developers, Personal Systems, System and Services, xSP Prime), you will still need to enroll to access a universe of benefits that can support your efforts to increase sales, heighten market share, penetrate new markets, and expand your business as never before with IBM software technologies We encourage you to explore the entire website.

  • Select box titled 'Become an IBM Business Partner'
  • Select 'Join Now'
  • Ensure you have the name and email of the person who will be the primary website administrator
    - this individuals ID and Password is needed to make all future changes and additions Create a business profile for your company
  • You will receive a registration ID# within 72 Hours
    - if not please call 800-IBM-9990 to determine issue

Fill out a Credit Application (pdf) or Credit Application (word doc).
  • If we do not have your credit information, please complete the Arrow / IBM Group credit application.
  • Attach a copy of your tax resell certificates if applicable.
  • Please fax to number on form.

Please fill out the Passport Advantage Reseller Enrollment Form to register as a reseller of Passport Advantage software from IBM. This is the final step to becoming an authorized reseller in addition to being a partner. IBM's name for their software volume license sales program is 'Passport Advantage'. It provides some significant benefits to the customers that use it such as volume discounting, aggregating discounts througout the year, maintenance is included, and a common license anniversary date. In addition, the Passport Advantage program is beneficial for you in that it provides significant margin opportunity, allows you to sell IBM's complete portfolio of solutions, and offers additional incentives for Advanced and Premier partners.
