iForce Program Overview
All Sun iForceSM Partners are required to become certified to sell Sun Service. To help Partners meet this requirement, Sun initiated the Sun Services CompetencySM Channel program. This program is structured to reflect the various levels of involvement that the Partner chooses when providing post-sales support and professional services to their end-user installed-base. Through this program, Sun Partners become certified at one of the following levels: Sun ServiceRepresentativeSM, Sun ServiceManagerSM, Federal Sun ServiceAllySM or Federal Sun ServiceManager. The Partner simply selects the program that best fits their business model and implements the program through the MOCA Group Division.
