The MOCA Group Division of Arrow Electronics provides pre-sales technical support to our customers with inside and field-based systems engineers (SE's). Our SE's are trained to cover our complete product suite and assist in creating a total solution for you.
A Pre-Sales Support specialist can help to answer your technical questions in areas such as:
- System integration support
- Configuration validation
- Solution recommendations and guidance
- Quotes and order validation
Field systems engineers are available as an extension of our pre-sales support organization and can be called upon for:
- Product consolidation recommendations
- Upgrade analysis
- Education needs and training plans
- On-site training
