    Get up-to-date accounting for your existing vacation liability as well as the days taken by your company and each employee. It is also interfaced to our Payroll for automatic updating.

  • OSHA Tracking
    Keep your government reports current and accurate by detailing all work-related illnesses and injuries.
  • Benefit and Property Tracking
    Track company benefits for each employee. Review at-a-glance the location of all company property within employee possession.

    N/Compass gives you the tools to scan your entire work force in order to match an individual's skill within a position.
  • Applicant Processing
    Ability to track applicants by the same criteria as existing employees. In addition, once an applicant is hired, all the information is transferred to the employee file.

    Deep inquiry into employee information is available by using almost unlimited request criteria displayed on-screen or supplied in the form of management reports (detail or summary form).

    Unlimited comments available behind the employee information screen that can be selected by type (i.e.: discipline, special training, etc.).
